Antique Needlepoint and Red Velvet Valance or Pelmet with Scroll and flower motifs and Birds on a black ground. Measures 16×83″, with a small red fringe trim along the bottom edge. Back is an off white cotton fabric. In good condition,fading, minor embroidery loss, and backing is discolored. See Lot 190 for Similar Textiles. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
