Description
c1960 Black Velvet Dress. The lot includes 1 vintage c1960 black velvet dress featuring a round standing collar, long bloused black satin sleeves, and a back nylon zip closure. As well as a heavily embellished yoke featuring a mix of looped gold tone tinsel trim, faux pearls, and prong set faceted glass rhinestones in red, clear, and green. Laying flat the dress measures: bust: 18”, waist: 15”, sleeve: 17”, length: 43”. It is in fair condition with some of the glass gems becoming speckled, and a fairly large hole/rip at the front of the standing collar.
