Description
Early 20th Century Embroidered Wall Hangings. The lot includes 1 impressive early 20th century silk embroidered wall hanging featuring a pastoral scene by a river with a black low pile velvet border and tabs and backed in a block printed mesh. It is in fair condition with toning to the white portions of embroidery. Also included is 1 early 20th century embroidered red silk wall hanging featuring a scene with a male peacock walking through bamboo. The piece is in fair condition with the silk beginning to shatter throughout and fading to the once vibrant hand embroidery. Please see the photos for sizing and condition. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
