Description
Vintage c1940 Single Irish Chain Quilt measuring 68 by 88 inches. It is comprised of 48 squares, 9.5 by 9.5 inches, set straight, 6 by 8, with 24 pieced blocks and 24 solid alternating squares. There is a 5 inch solid green border. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied green binding. It is in good condition with storage discolorations and several small spots. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
