Description
Vintage c1930s Hands All Around Quilt measuring 86 x 83 inches. It is comprised of 16 blocks, 13 x 13 inches, set straight, 4 by 4, with 5 inch off white sashing and Lemoyne Star cornerstones, and a 9 inch off white with swag and flower bud border. The color palette is very cheery with 2 shades of green and 2 shades of pink solid fabrics. It is hand and machine pieced, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied white fabric binding. It is in good condition with a few spots and discolorations.
