Description
Vintage c1930s Courthouse Steps Quilt with Disney Fabric measuring 59 x 92 inches. It is comprised of 45 blocks, 9 x 9 inches, set straight, 5 by 9, with a 1 1/2″ print inner border, followed by a 1.5″ blue print border. Followed by 2 2 inch print borders, followed by a 1.5″ Inch blue print border on the vertical sides. It is machine pieced, and hand quilted. There is an off white cotton reverse and thin cotton batting. The edge is finished with an applied white binding by hand. The light print fabric features Disney’s snow white and the 7 dwarfs in 2 different colorways. This fabric is from 1939. It is in fair condition with storage fade line discolorations.
