4 Contemporary Pin Wheel Pattern Quilts. Includes black, white, and red wall hanging, 32×32″, machine quilted, Label states “Always & Forever” Stitched by Kathleen Fillingim, Quilted by Mary Jean Murphy, KAQG, Donation Quilt 2011; has a sleeve. Red pinwheels, 16.75×22″, machine quilted, “Made for Bobbie Aug – Christmas 1992 – by Carla Hale”. “Amish Pinwheels” by Marilyn Walter, 1998, 12×12″, hand quilted, has a sleeve. And Blue and Pink Pinwheel mini quilt, 8.5×8.5″, hand quilted, signed SJR ’89. All in very good condition. From the Estate of Bobbie Aug. Bobbie Aug was a well known and regarded quilt historian, author, appraiser, and quilter for over a half a century. She was also an antique quilt dealer and quilt store co- owner and judge. Most notable is her work on the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Appraiser Certification Committee and her early involvement in the Professional Association of Appraisers-Quilted Textiles.
