2 Vintage Double Wedding Ring Quilt Tops. c1970s Double Wedding Ring quilt top measures 82×98 inches. This has a variety of cotton and cotton poly blend fabrics. It is machine pieced. In good condition with a few small spots. Along with a circa 1920s Double Wedding Ring quilt top measuring 65 x 93 inches. It is hand pieced. In good condition with a few small spots. Both textiles are just quilt tops with no backing, batting, or quilting. From the Estate of Bobbie Aug. Bobbie Aug was a well known and regarded quilt historian, author, appraiser, and quilter for over a half a century. She was also an antique quilt dealer and quilt store co- owner and judge. Most notable is her work on the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Appraiser Certification Committee and her early involvement in the Professional Association of Appraisers-Quilted Textiles.
