Vintage Pink and Yellow Zigzag Quilt is a c1900 quilt top that Bobbie Aug purchased in Paducah, KY, and hand quilted and finished with Debra Andrew. It measures 63×63″. There is a sleeve on the back for hanging, with information about the quilt. This quilt is on page 34 in “More Vertical Quilts with Style” co-authored by Bobbie Aug. It is in very good condition. From the Estate of Bobbie Aug. Bobbie Aug was a well known and regarded quilt historian, author, appraiser, and quilter for over a half a century. She was also an antique quilt dealer and quilt store co- owner and judge. Most notable is her work on the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Appraiser Certification Committee and her early involvement in the Professional Association of Appraisers-Quilted Textiles.
