Description
Group of Antique Printed Fabric – Plaids and Solid. Group includes c1900s cotton shirting in plaids, stripes, and solids in various measurements. Fabrics of note include a brown solid cotton with original label “Berlin” still attached, measures approximately 3yds x 24″. A red plaid measuring approximately 85″ x 85″ appears to be a quilt back. A black and white check, measures approximately 4 1/2 yds x 32″. Fabric weighs about 3 pounds. All in good condition. This lot is part of the Estate of widely respected Sharon Stark of Sharon’s Antiques Vintage Fabrics and Textiles of Eastern PA. She was an author and long time collector and dealer of antique quilts, fabrics and textiles. Sharon was THE authority on Feedsacks, and you may remember her Rickrack website.
